Our mortgage loan process includes providing loans on properties in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Rangareddy district. Whether or not a customer has loan eligibility, if the property is genuine, we provide a loan of 50 to 60 percent of its value. Similarly, even if the customer has not filed income tax (IT), we still grant loans based on the property value—such as a house, an apartment plot, or open land (plots with a plot number, not agricultural land). If the property is legally clear—without any legal issues—we offer a loan of 50 to 60 percent of the value through banks, non-banking financial institutions, cooperative banks, and nationalized banks.
